HPI: The patient came for this appointment with his mom and consented to the mom being present. The patient was seen one week ago. He said he is hearing increased voices. He said the voices keep telling him this is how why have the pain. He said he turns to scream back at the voices and shout.. He said when the voices do not go away, his faith in Christ keeps reassuring him that it will be ok.. He said he also has an appointment with his therapist today and will also discuss the options for someone to be able to check on him daily. This patient has been through so many medications and he is a good candidate for psychiatric gene testing.
