Article - Transformational Leadership and Its Effects on Organizational Learning and Innovation: Evidence from Dubai
This study evaluates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational innovation as well as the potential mediating effect of organizational learning on this relationship. To examine these issues, a survey was conducted of 248 participants from public and private organizations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Results of this survey demonstrate that transformational leadership was strongly related to organizational innovation. In addition, the results found organizational learning mediated this relationship for firms in both the public and private sectors.
