Consider the ways in which your personal leadership style informs both leadership and membership conceptions of and practices within the team environment.
Create a 1,750- to 2,450-word addendum to your transformational leadership plan that details the way in which you interact with others, based on your leadership style, strengths, and weaknesses.
Discuss the manner in which your leadership style influences your communication to both internal and external constituencies of the team, your strategy for leading change within a group or team, and the way in which your leadership style might influence outcomes within a team both positively and negatively.
Provide specific examples from your own experience to illustrate to the points you make about your leadership style
