2. Leader-member exchange theory suggests that subordinates who are part of the leader's in-group will receive better treatment than out-group members. As a member of the out-group, what steps can you take to increase your chances of becoming an in-group member?
3. Identify three individuals in (past or present) in any field (e.g. business, government, military, religion) who use/used their leadership abilities to build respected, successful organizations.
