Training is costly and inconsistent, so companies prefer to either get trained workers or develop their jobs so that they require almost no training. How do you feel about the “zero training” goal? Are we sacrificing long-term worker/technology growth for short-term employer convenience? Or, are a body of skilled, knowledgeable working people not needed anymore in the information age?
