Each has its own benefits and challenges and may or may not meet the needs of the participants depending on the specific circumstances of the organization and employees.

Develop a 5-6 page essay in APA 6th Ed format that compares and contrasts the differences between traditional and technology based training methods and provide examples of when each might be used independently or in conjunction with each other.
