Totally agree with the concept of implementing diagnostic tools when dealing with change. I would also add that these tools are instrumental to maintain growth of a business or an organization. Take S.W.O.T analysis as an example. The T = Threat aspect of this analysis involves continuous scanning of both internal and external environment to allow an organization to be ready to combat change.
