• To what extent is the administrative model at your agency egalitarian and informal on one hand, or bureaucratically stratified and formal on the other?
• Have you had an opportunity to interact in any manner with the CEO of the agency? How has that experience been? If not, how would you see this s a valuable learning experience?
• Have you been able to interact with or observe the governing body of the agency (i.e., the Board of Directors or Trustees)? How has that experience been? If not, how would you see this as a valuable learning experience?
