Let's consider the Better Box scenario presented at the end of the chapter. What if we have four sites but we want full interconnectivity between each possible pair of sites? Furthermore, we don't want to install six connections, but instead stay with the four connections as presented in the chapter. To do this, we'll need to run multiple PVCs through Chicago. Can this be done? If so, what would the capacities and costs be to enable this?
