Tittle: Sexual Disorders, Paraphilias and Psychological Factors Affecting Other Medical Conditions
The last group of disorders we will study represent a heterogeneous mix of problems that are diagnosed in DSM-5. By far the most common are Sexual Dysfunctions like premature ejaculation (PE) will often become the focus of treatment, especially in marital counseling. Paraphilias include disorders such as Exhibitionism and Sexual Sadism. Finally, Psychological Factors addresses issues that affect physical problems like refusal to receive medical attention, poor health habits and even depression and anxiety.
