This paper will draw from ONE of the two case studies ("Luxor Technologies" or "Altex Corporation") and ONE video clip ("Dare to Disagree").
Please split your paper into the following two parts:
Part 1: After choosing ONE of the two case studies in the "Read" file, put your problem solving skills to work and identify the challenges or issues that are addressed in your chosen example. Then, use the end questions on the reading as a basis for critically assessing the case study. Lastly, conclude this section with some key "take away" points you can derive from this example as you further develop your project management skills.
Part 2: Now turn your attention to the "Dare to Disagree" clip. Discuss Margret Heffernan's message and what it means to organizations.What sort of applicability does this message have in managing projects in general, and risk in particular? Lastly, like in part one, also conclude this section with some key "take away" points you can derive from this talk as you further develop your project management skills.
