Mohers land is 2 miles from Canada. Two United States customs and border protection patrol officers entered Mr. Moore's land in order to patrol for illegal immigration activities,. Mr. Moher is sued for invasion of privacy on the ground that the officers needed a warrant to enter the land. And did not have one nor they have obtained. Mr. Mohr's consent.
