Time for a personal question: do you like your job? Think about your job and what parts you enjoy and what you dislike. Look at the jobs of others and think about what they might enjoy or not enjoy. Across the whole employee base, ask the question 'What"s in it for me?" What sorts of answers might people give, and what is your answer?
