Thoroughly read and STUDY Chapter 5 of your textbook. After your exam last week you should be aware of how critical it is to do so. After studying your textbook, perform an internet search on the "Broken Window Theory" which was first proposed by James Q. Wilson and George Kelling in a 1982 article published in the Atlantic Monthly Magazine.
