- (1) Thoroughly describe a change effort in your organization (or an organization with which you are very familiar) that worked and was sustained over time. Then thoroughly describe a change effort in this organization that failed or relapsed after implementation.
- (2) After studying the various OD interventions and theories, present an analysis of a change effort that you experienced (that succeeded). Identify one presented theory or intervention that most closely relates to why the change effort succeeded. Then identify one presented theory or intervention that would prevent relapse to previous behaviors.
