This weeks forum requires you to serve as a facilitator

Question

This week's forum requires you to serve as a facilitator about one of the theories being covered in Chapters 5 or 6 of the Dainton & Zelley book. Choose any ONE theory - and - in your words - using your own examples, etc. - explain the following:

1. What this theory is all about and
2. How we can apply it in our every day lives (professionally, personally, etc.).
3. Compose two questions about this theory for your colleagues to address.
