This week you will present a review of one recent (within the last 5 years) court case that has clarified an area of importance to HR. Your review should:
- Clearly state the HR issue.
- Identify the court case and outline why it is pertinent to the HR matter you have chosen as your focus.
- Highlight the relevance of the case and how it relates to and/or validates the HR concern.
- Be written in 3-5 pages and supported with at least 2 references.
* All references should be cited appropriately in APA standards.
The Case Review will be evaluated according to how well you have demonstrated your mastery of the course material. This includes the application of appropriate conceptual materials; explicit assumptions and clear logical inferences; and a coherent and integrated analysis and assessment. The written work must be clear and well organized. In addition, the review must adhere to APA standards.
