To complete your Leadership Certificate you need to submit something to me. This "something" should be some sort of documentation of what you have accomplished as a leader and more importantly, what you learned.
This portfolio is not meant to be a huge undertaking in and of itself. It is merely a documentation of what you have done in the past. But, do it in a form that you could show to a future employer to demonstrate your leadership journey and accomplishments along the way.
