This research paper discussed how the innocence project

This research paper discussed how the Innocence Project Organization help Kirk Bloodworth to be exoneration from a crime he did not commit in 1984. The exoneration is provided with evidences and different perspectives considering physical appearance, physical evidence, and first-time offender. Finally, DNA testing used for proving his innocent. In addition, the research paper demonstrates the process of how Kirk Bloodworth was found guilty and how he was release from prison due to DNA evidence after the judge sentence him death penalty and later on the sentence was evoked to nine years. Throughout years, innocent people would be going to prison for a crime the person did not commit and is due to lack of norms, law, and technology. I believe Kirk Bloodsworth's case did not provide beyond a reasonable cause to be charge and be sentence to death penalty. Just because some is found guilty in a courtroom do not mean his guilty is just base on absence of knowledge and capacity, the law enforcement and the politics cannot take their rights away. Offenders are humans as the United States stated liberty and justice for all.
