1. Describe a technology innovation that can change/ease an inefficient visit at a medical facility experienced by you or a family member
2. Provide specific examples that explain how your technology innovation could change/ease the stress experienced in the problem discussed in item #1.
3. Recommend actions of leadership (give at least 3 action items) that could improve the overall health of the immediate community.
