1. This paper will be the first hurdle of an IT project: preparation of a term project proposal which will include a background on our hypothetical IT project, a statement of need, a project definition, and a high level approach to developing the plan.
2. Email traffic between technicians were suitable when there were only two technicians in the IT department, where determining who is working on a certain issue could easily be identified and departmental backlog was rare; however, the department increased manpower to six technicians to meet on-going demands from the bank to expand on services offered to bank employees and augment customer support staff with computer/system concerns of customers.
