Learning Team Project Costing and Evaluation/Control
This paper must address the following topics for the learning team project that was selected for the week two assignment. I have attached the Week 2 paper to help with this assignment. The paper must be a minimum of 1,000 words in addition to title and "References" pages. See the APA example in the Center for Writing Excellence (CWE) for the required format. At least two separate and different professional sources must be cited (quoted of paraphrased) and referenced in the paper. The references must be different from the UOP assigned course materials and the UOP virtual organization site. The following points must be included with a separate heading for each topic except the introduction:
- Describe three separate risks that could occur during the project (not after the project is implemented). For each risk specify the level of risk (low, medium, or high) with supporting rationale. Include a plan for each risk as to how it will be effectively resolved.
- Describe two methods for evaluating the project progress (cost, time, and/or quality/performance) and provide a completed report for each of the two methods
