This is opinion based homework for intelligence studies. If you visit a local police department's website, they have a "most wanted" list. If you search of those individuals online, you can likely find that at least one of them has a Facebook account, email, or other publicly available information. This information could easily capture these individuals. If there is a decent success rate of finding at least some of these individuals by doing a simple online search, why do you think more police departments don't partake in this type of activity?
