Case Analysis:
Students are also required to do a case analysis in a team of students. Each team will submit a written analysis. It should be no more than 5 pages and single spaced with an executive summary in the beginning.
This is only a written report that should be submitted on and no presentation is required for this assignment. In a case analysis, students' role is like a consultant and they might bring innovative solutions to the challenges facing by the case. These solutions should be practical solutions that could be implemented with the financial, human and other resources that the company have or have access to. The written structure of the case:
a) Executive Summary
b) Introduction
c) Responses to challenges facing by the company.
d) Implementation of recommended solutions
e) Conclusion
