Assignment -
This is a very thorough examination of Adobe's culture! You provide a definition of organizational culture that identifies what it is, but let's take a look at the ways people express their organization's culture (and add/build to the culture through this expression).
We learned in the reading assignment a few other ways organizational culture is built through communication: Vocabularies, stories, rites and rituals, and structure. Can you provide an example of your experience at Adobe for each of the aforementioned terms?
