This individual needs to have a minimum of 10-yrs business experience, they must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a business discipline.
You will be responsible for the following information (as a minimum).

- A summary of their educational and professional experience
- A detailed description of a time they experienced the OD process
- Their role in the OD process
- The outcome of the OD process
- What were the positive aspects of the OD process.
- What were the negative aspects of the OD process.
