Senior project analysis and design
This assignment will review data and information flows, and modeling of systems, as they pertain to a firm. Be prepared to give some thought to how systems analysis will be used to manage and to improve management of a firm. Complete the following assignment:
- Find a questionnaire on the Web that has been created to capture customer information. Please be sure to attach a link to the questionnaire if you are not including it in your response.
- Describe the purpose of the survey, the way questions are worded, and how the questions have been organized. How can the questionnaire be improved?
- How will the responses be analyzed?
