This assignment is focused on the written production of an academic research proposal. Within this proposal students are required to demonstrate application of relevant concepts covered in this unit. Detailed instructions will be available on LMS.

Marking guidelines for the final research proposal include:

• Contextualisation of the research problem within a body of literature (this is expected to be taken from Assessment 2 and refined according to the feedback)
• A clear and unambiguous statement of the research question(s)
• An appropriate research methodological approach designed to address the research question(s)
• Discussion of ethical and practical implications, and research design limitations
• Identification of areas/directions for future research
• Scholarly citation and referencing (APA or Chicago)
