This assignment involves two objectives that ale important for this course:
I. Develop a personal understanding of one's values, skills, and styles to effectively lead people and teams.
2. Evaluate best practices for leading teams.
Please think about what you have learned from the course before beginning to write. Some chapters and krauts may have resonated with you more than others. Consider the theories, concepts, and ideas that you believe best helped you begin to understand yourself and how pan will lead yourself and teams throughout your career. You should have completed the Skills, Baggage, Values, and Goals assignment before beginning your team project. Please incorporate what you learned about your own values, skills, and styles from working with your team. This is required for the first objective, and you may choose to use it for the second as well. Just be sure to incorporate theories and concepts from the textbook and remember that you may also cite outside sources as well.
