Assignment: Book Review
This assignment helps you practice how to deconstruct a book, from describing what it is about to explaining what the author is arguing and analyzing its importance. The goal is to prepare you to assess other scholars' work so that you can draw on it as you formulate your own analysis of primary source evidence in your final paper.
