Midterm paper
This assignment has two parts. The first is to explain in your own words the difference between mediation and arbitration in the context of conflict resolution - giving a real world example of each. The second is to explain in your own words why the Arab-Israeli issue and the current civil war in Syria have not been submitted to international arbitration.
Each part should be approximately two double-spaced pages. Your essays should avoid using any quotations.
