Your Report of approx. 2000 words will be assessed on the following:
- Quality of the research and analysis undertaken.
- Creating a professional leadership portfolio and students need to prepare an action plan in achieving their individual goals. Discussion and analysis of leadership traits, styles and behavior.
- Quality of the discussion within the report, how well you relate theory to your personal self as a leader including discussion and analysis of leadership traits, styles and behavior.
- Creativity and continuity - how well your argument holds together in the report.
