Assume that you are a project leader for a major construction development project. Think of the activities/tasks associated with the project and the timeline for their completion, and then perform the following tasks. Clearly document the project tasks in timeline format in a Gantt chart. Be sure that the plan covers all five categories for project management processes-initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
