Short Paper Implementing Change
Think of a specific change you would like to bring to your organization. Describe the change, the value that you believe the change would bring to the organization, and the methodology that you would use (top-down or bottom-up) in order to implement the change.
APA format and good references. I recommend some references come from the textbook we are using as well.
Textbook: Focusing on Organizational Change, v. 1.0 by William Q. Judge Jr.
Guidelines for Submission: Short papers should use double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins.
Sources should be cited according to a discipline-appropriate citation method.
Page-length requirements: 1-2 pages (undergraduate courses) or 2-4 pages (graduate courses).
