Think back to a project you were in charge of or you were part of the team. In the project, were there any material resources that were tracked through a varible rate of consumption? Were there any fixed rates of consumption on material? Give an example of these and describe how these were tracked in the project. If you did not experience any of these first hand then give some examples of each and how they would be tracked in a project.
