Think about major nonprofit organizations based outside the United States, such as Amnesty International. Do you feel that there should be restrictions upon the ability of international nonprofits not based in the United States to be able to compete for donor funding against domestic nonprofits? Why or why not? Should American nonprofits be able to do the same in foreign countries?
