PART ONE:
Think about and describe in detail a situation whereby you have successfully negotiated the outcome of something.
For example, this could relate to something you have bought or a time when you have negotiated something with your family or friends.
As part of your detailed description, utilise the following questions as a guide. Pease note, you should use each question as a separate heading. Each question is worth the same number of marks.
QUESTIONS:
1) Describe the situation or event in detail?
2) How many parties were involved?
3) How did the negotiation take place (face to face/online etc)?
4) Where did the negotiation occur? &
5) What was the final outcome?
PART TWO:
In negotiations, we often reflect upon the outcome(s). Thinking about part one, utilise the following questions to complete your response.
1) Is there anything that you would have completed differently? If so, what would that be?
2) How would you achieve this?
3) Considering the outcome, do you believe that changing anything would have influenced this? Why or why not?
