This is also a good way for the organization to find out if their employees are happy with their pay, management team, and job responsibilities. These are just some of the measurements that are extremely important and should be looked at on at least a quarterly basis instead of annually. They are linked to the full success of an organization and should not be taken lightly. The results of the measures should be thoroughly communicated to everyone in the organization so that it can reinforce its strategic plan. Doing measurement more frequently than annually not only establishes a clear line of sight to organizational goals but it also ensures operational effectiveness.
