Can someone please advise on if I should have two null hypothesis in one study? Or should I have just one null hypothesis with two alternative hypothesis? This is what I currently have:
Q1. How does having a sibling with an Autism Spectrum Disorder impact the externalizing and internalizing behaviors of the typically-developing sibling as compared to siblings of neuro-typical children?
H0. There is no statistical difference between the externalizing behaviors of typically-developing siblings of children with autism and siblings of neuro-typical children.
Ha. There is a statistical difference between the externalizing behaviors of typically-developing siblings of children with autism and siblings of neuro-typical children.
H0. There is no statistical difference between the internalizing behaviors of typically-developing siblings of children with autism and siblings of neuro-typical children.
Ha. There is a statistical difference between the internalizing behaviors of typically-developing siblings of children with autism and siblings of neuro-typical children.
