There is a race between a solid cylinder and a hollow

There is a 'race' between a solid cylinder and a hollow cylinder over a distance of 2 m along a slope angled at π/6 with the horizontal. Both have a mass 1 kg and radius 30 cm. In case of the hollow cylinder, the inner radius is 20 cm. Which one will win? Calculate the times taken by each to reach the bottom. Do the masses of the cylinder matter?
