There is a divide on whether the ability to work as part of a team is one of the most important skills in today’s job market. In addition, some posit that employers are looking for workers who can contribute their own ideas, but also want people who can work with others to create and develop projects and plans. With this in mind:
a) are workgroups and teams a help or a hindrance to the achievement of organizational goals, and
b) How would you motivate the team to ensure that the innovative and creative talents of all the team members flourish for the benefit of the health of the local population?
