This is part of a group project I need to present and teach in 4 minutes. Brief but not too brief where I cant present in 4 minutes. My part in Chapter 19 is 19.3 & 19.4 ... There is a case for 19.3 on "Smith v. Firstbank Corp." . Explain the case but in a lesson type of concept, utilizing some vocabulary from the chapter. Please, provide some examples that I can explain/teach the class correlating to the chapter.
