1. There are many journals and periodicals targeting entrepreneurs. Research these publications. Identify an article or case study that demonstrates the legal and ethical issues entrepreneurs face. Provide the citation for the article and a brief summary as an intro to your main paper.
2. If you were to start a new business venture as discussed in your assignment last week, describe the business model you would adopt. Explain why you chose this model.
