There are many advantages of having decentralized training. One of them is, saving money for the company. It could happen at the store, and any of the employees could perform the training. Furthermore, the leading organization could provide a video to train the new employees in a short time with the available work matrices. Moreover, It wouldn't cost the company a fortune because the employees would get trained at the workplace rather than traveling and be staying at hotels on the company's expenses. On the other hand, the disadvantage could be losing the standards of the products "A decentralized approach to training managers and hourly employees has many disadvantages for your organization.
