There are a lot of different leadership theories in the traits, behaviors, and relationship areas of leadership. Of course, these are just theories, and when they are put into practice they sometimes look a bit different.
Summarize at least five different approaches to leadership. Then, compare them all to one another in terms of what is similar and what is different. Finally, apply real-world situations where you as a leader would use each of these different approaches to leadership.
