Theory and practice of organizational learning:

Professionals who are in fields that theories of and methods for effective adult learning need to recognize that organizational learning is an important theory in business and industry. Every successful business has an approach, whether formal or informal, to the training and development of its people. (Refer to Chapters 3, Merriam, Baumgartner, and Caffarella.)

5. Do you consider the learning practices of your organization to be effective or ineffective-why or why not? (If you are not in an organization, what are two or three best practices that an organization should follow? Explain your reasoning.)
