In 2-3 pages, write a recommendation to your friend outlying the ten stocks you would suggest they pick to create a diversified portfolio with the goal of eliminating unsystematic risk. Explain how this group of stock would achieve that goal.
Then, use the following workbook to calculate the required rate of return for those ten stocks. Are you surprised by the required rate of return? Why or why not?
