Industry Success Factors
Read Pages 60-61 in your eText. Then search through the simulation participant's guide, the help menus and the videos to determine what you think will be the 5 Industry Success Factors for the camera companies competing in the simulation.
List each success factor and then explain why you think this is a success factor. Please back up your ideas with references to the simulation readings, videos and/or help menus. And please be SPECIFIC. Which items in the simulation will be most important? For example, don't just say pricing will be important. Explain which prices in which regions for each segment will be the best.
This is a GROUP project. Please complete this as a group and post to the appropriate forum under GROUPS on blackboard. Please type it out with proper citations and references.
