The universal gas constant

What is the atomic polarizability of argon? Its susceptibility at 273K and 1atm is 4.35x10-4.
Treat as an ideal gas ie it obeys pV=nRT law where pis pressure, V is volume, n is # of moles, R=82.056*10-6 m3-atm/mole-K is the universal gas constant and T is the absolute temperature.
