The ultimate way to include IT is not to go "looking for IT solutions" just for the sake of using IT. But to have IT at the table to truly think about ways to enhance workflows, and solve major problems regardless of what the solution may include.
Are you finding this to be the case, or is the commitment there, but the practice of truly having IT at the table, may not be?
